This is all my data about bankruptcy.
Bankcruptcy is something that strikes to us immediately as something negative. It happens everywhere in the world and not just confined to one country, race or nationality. In Malaysia, the total number of bankruptcy cases nationwide has risen from 70,009 in 1999 to 106,000 in 2003 and today the figure stands at 160,000.
How Does a Person Become a Bankrupt?
A person becomes bankrupt for several reasons. Those mentioned below are not uncommon in Malaysia.
Taking Up a Loan
There are several loans available catering different needs. These can cover housing, education and so on.
Acting As a Guarantor
A guarantor can be a social guarantor or a corporate guarantor. A person who stood as a guarantor for loans like education, house, car hire purchase, scholarship and also third-party loans is known as a social guarantor. A corporate guarantor is a person who stood for loans relating to business loans, for example in a business partnership. A guarantor can also be liable to face bankruptcy when summoned by the creditors. The creditors will go after the borrower first and if that fails to recover the amount owed, they will go after the guarantor to settle the debts.
Defaulting On Credit Card Payment
The inability to pay up the amount owed in the credit card account is also one reason to go bankrupt.
How To Avoid From Becoming a Bankrupt?
This can be done by taking responsibility for one's financial affair or well-being. This means avoiding taking huge loans to purchase something if you do not have the ability to pay back the monthly installments. It also means being in control of one's spending habits and not to over-commit on too many loans including hire purchase.
The same goes for the social guarantor who does not have the resources and means to settle the debts on the borrower's behalf. So think rationally (not emotionally) and act carefully before signing on the dotted lines.
Do your research properly before starting a business. Ensure that you have enough financial resources and stamina for the start-up and for the first few years. Most businesses do not make money initially and may take a few years to show a profit. Imagine the worst scenario happening and whether you can survive financially. Having just the start-up capital is not enough, you need to have back-up plans and support available.
Some may go bankrupt to unforeseen circumstances like a serious illness, a debilitating accident or being cheated in a business partnership. A person can also willingly file for bankruptcy for the sole purpose of wiping off all his unsecured debts.

I used high speed to capture the movement of the water so that it wont be blur. But, high speed will dark the picture,so i used the low aperture to brighten the color of the water and the background.

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is a movie about a extraordinary life. Benjamin’s diary recounts his life, the primary unusual aspect of which was his aging backwards, being diagnosed with several aging diseases at birth and thus given little chance of survival, but who does survive and gets younger with time.
I designed the opening title for this movie with brown color texture background. It represents all records in old diary of Benjamin. The brown color and paper texture make the opening title more classic and old style. Image of the characters was edited by Illustrator, add some shadow and movement to give the 3D effect.

Pattern. Repetation
F/4.5 1/40 ISO100
I try to capture the wood texture and the broken brick as background from top view. At the 1st try, I’m not very focusing on the wood so the background still quite clear, and seem nothing to focus on this picture.
After the few times trying, I have zoom to the texture on wood, and change my position to make the blur broken brick as my background. Although I capture from the top, but I still try to maintain the perspective of the wood so that its looks more 3D and more interesting.
Pattern
F/14 1/80 ISO200
These are the stones at shopping complex car park. Because the black and gray color of the stones, I trying to change the picture style to monochrome and this is the result. The stones are under the strong sunlight and the monochrome style make it looks more 3D.
Texture
F/5.6 1/20 ISO100
This is a decoration of a shop which located at the Carpenter Street. Golden color looks very shining and attractive under the sunlight. I was captured the texture from side view to make the picture more interesting. The value of aperture and shutter speed not so high because it needs more lighting to make it looks great.
Symmetric
F/10 1/320 ISO400
A building of museum at Waterfront, Kuching. I increased the value of shutter speed and aperture because the light at outdoor was very strong. The building is huge and the both side pillar make this picture looks more symmetrical. The steel decoration in the middle is the center point of this picture.
Composition
F/8 1/50 ISO400
This is a café which located in a museum. It is a very nice quiet place and using some old furniture and brown lighting to create the old style feeling. I capture this picture from down view and using the big pillar with chair to create a perspective composition. I use the 1/50 shutter speed for trying to capture the spinning of the ceiling fan. The line on the floor will lead people eyes until the end of the café.
Line
